Kingdom Hearts D23 Deep Dive Panel: All Major Announcements Covered Live

D23, Disney's largest fan convention, is hosting a dedicated Kingdom Hearts panel, and IGN is on the ground to bring you every major reveal and update. The presentation, titled 'DEEP DIVE into KINGDOM HEARTS,' kicks off today, August 15, at 4:30 PM PT / 7:30 PM ET (August 16 at 12:30 AM UK time). Disney promises a 'behind-the-scenes look at the making of the games,' featuring insights from the creative minds, voice actors, and more behind the franchise. Panel guests include Nana Gadd (Director of Games, Walt Disney Company Japan), Tai Yasue (Square Enix), Haley Joel Osment (voice of Sora), David Gallagher (voice of Riku), and Renée Johnson (voice of several Disney characters).

This panel follows the gameplay footage shown at D23's Friday night showcase at the Honda Center, where fans saw Sora battling Heartless in Coco's Land of the Dead. Additionally, a Kingdom Hearts animated series was announced, set to stream on Disney+ at a later date.
