Infamous 'Fortnite Battle Bucket' Toilet Chair Resurfaces on Facebook Marketplace for $500

A bizarre gaming accessory that went viral on TikTok has apparently made a comeback, this time listed on Facebook Marketplace. The so-called 'Battle Bucket,' a homemade toilet chair designed for marathon gaming sessions, is now being offered for $500 in 'used' condition.

The contraption first gained notoriety in a now-deleted 2023 TikTok video by user @usecodelitty200iq, who claimed it allowed him to 'play Fortnite for so long without going to the bathroom.' The device is essentially a flip chair with a hole cut in the seat, positioned over an orange five-gallon Home Depot bucket. A curved pipe extends from the front of the seat down into the bucket, and a G Fuel sticker adorns the backrest.

In the original video, the creator explained, 'I call this the Fortnite Battle Bucket. It has two holes. One for going number one, and another for going number two,' pointing to the pipe and the seat hole.

Although the original video has been removed, reuploads remain online. Now, the physical item appears to have surfaced on Facebook Marketplace, spotted by an X account. The listing includes a high-quality photo not seen in the original video, suggesting the seller has the actual item.

The listing reads: 'I've had this for a few years and used it almost daily. Has been thoroughly cleaned and works beautifully.' It adds, 'Real offers only! No lowballs I know what I got.'

Whether as a functional bathroom alternative or a piece of internet history, the $500 price tag seems steep. Even with claims of thorough cleaning, potential buyers might worry about hygiene issues.
