PSHITS ("we", "the Service") is an independent price, deals, trophies and release tracker for PlayStation, available at pshits.ru, pshits.com and in mobile apps for Android and iOS. We collect the minimum data needed to run the Service and we do not sell your personal data.

1. Data We Collect

Data you provide:

• Email address and password (stored encrypted only).
• Your lists: tracking, library, likes, backlog, hidden; selected region and language.
• Price alerts (games and target prices).
• PSN profile (optional): online id and public trophy statistics from the official PlayStation API.

Data collected automatically:

• IP address, browser and device type, OS, language preferences, referrer.
• Session and preference cookies; anonymized usage analytics.

Data collected in mobile apps:

• Device identifier, model and OS version, IP address.
• Push notification tokens. You can disable push at any time in your device settings.

2. How We Use Data

• Providing features: lists, price history, alerts, trophies, leaderboard, calendar.
• Sending notifications you requested (price drops, PS Plus, releases) via email, Telegram or push.
• Personalization (recommendations and calendar by your genres).
• Maintaining operation, security and abuse prevention.

3. Who We Share Data With

We do not sell personal data. It may be processed by infrastructure providers solely to operate the Service:

• Email provider — confirmation emails and notifications.
• Telegram — only if you connected notifications via the bot.
• PlayStation Network API — public trophy statistics of a linked profile.
• Push delivery services: Apple APNs, Google FCM, Web Push.

4. Cookies and Tracking

We use strictly necessary cookies: authentication, selected region and language. We honor your browser's "Do Not Track" signal for optional analytics.

5. International Transfers

Our servers and service providers may be located in other countries. By using the Service you consent to processing your data outside your country with reasonable safeguards.

6. Retention and Deletion

Account data is kept while your account exists. You can delete your account and all associated personal data at any time in Account → Delete Account — on the website and in the app.

7. Security

We apply technical and organizational safeguards (password hashing, secure connections). No method of data transmission is 100% secure.

8. Children

The Service is not directed to anyone under 16; we do not knowingly collect their data.

9. Your Rights

• Access and correct your data in Account.
• Delete your account and data (see §6).
• Withdraw consent to notifications at any time.
• Where GDPR (EU) or CCPA (California) applies — rights to access, portability, deletion and objection; we do not sell your data.

10. Brands and Third-Party Content

PSHITS is an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by Sony Interactive Entertainment. "PlayStation", game titles and images are the property of their respective owners and are used for informational purposes only.

11. Changes to This Policy

We may update this policy; material changes are reflected by the update date at the top.
