Several games, including GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2, are set to leave the PlayStation Plus catalog next month. Players with PlayStation Plus Extra or Premium subscriptions will lose access to these titles, which are currently part of Sony's game catalog similar to Game Pass. This doesn't affect games you own or are entitled to, but if you've been planning to play GTA 5 or Red Dead Redemption 2, you should act fast—they'll be removed from the service starting November 17. You can see the full list of departing games below.
Notably, GTA 5 and Red Dead Redemption 2 are being removed just two days before the launch of GTA 6. This is a great opportunity to catch up on or revisit these titles if you want to build extra hype for Rockstar's latest release. If open-world games aren't your thing, The Talos Principle 2 is an excellent first-person puzzle game that's definitely worth playing before it leaves the service.
If you don't play these games by November 17, they'll become unplayable even if they're downloaded to your console, unless you purchase them. So act quickly! If you do miss out, PlayStation recently added a bunch of other great games to the service, including Mafia: The Old Country and Horizon Forbidden West.
