Clair Obscur: Expedition 33 is marking its first anniversary with a free update that introduces fresh cosmetic options for the entire party. Players can now claim and equip new hairstyles for Gustave, Verso, Maelle, Lune, Sciel, and Monoco, giving them a stylish look perfect for the anniversary celebration.

Developer Sandfall Interactive unveiled the update with new artwork showcasing the characters in their updated styles. This might even be the game's true ending—something the studio previously said it never considered.

Alongside the haircuts, the update includes a handful of minor bug fixes. Following critical acclaim at major award shows, including winning Best Game at the BAFTA Awards, Sandfall Interactive is now focusing on its next project. While details remain under wraps, it's hinted to be another adventure in the same Clair Obscur universe.
