Karmine Corp, the French esports organization that reached the semifinals in the last two Rocket League World Championships, clinched the 2026 RLCS Paris Major title by defeating Saudi Arabia's Twisted Minds 4-2 in the grand finals. Playing in front of a passionate home crowd, the roster of Atow, Juicy, and Vatira dominated the tournament, which started with 16 teams. "We controlled the entire match, and we could have scored earlier," said Juicy. "But in the end, it was just relief. We were destined to win." Karmine Corp jumped to a 2-0 lead before dropping a game, but Atow sealed the victory with an overtime goal in the decisive match. Earlier, the crowd at La Défense arena erupted when Rocket League was announced for the upcoming Unreal Engine 6, with a teaser showing improved environments, an enhanced options selector, and more. Juicy expressed excitement about the update: "It'll be great. I can't wait to see what's possible. Unreal Engine 6 will bring so much to the game." Karmine Corp earned the largest share of the $350,000+ prize pool, and Vatira was named MVP. The next RLCS World Championship takes place September 10-15 in Fort Worth, Texas.
