Minecraft Dungeons 2 Officially Announced for Fall 2026 Release

Mojang Studios has officially revealed that Minecraft Dungeons 2 is currently in development, with a planned launch this fall. The announcement was made during the Minecraft Live event in March 2026, where the studio behind the iconic sandbox game confirmed that the top-down dungeon-crawling spinoff is finally receiving a sequel. The game will be available on PC, Nintendo Switch, Switch 2, PlayStation 5, and Xbox Series X|S.
