Disney+ Subscribers Can Claim an Exclusive Marvel Rivals Skin at No Cost

Disney+ is giving subscribers a free Marvel Rivals skin through its Disney+ Perks program. The Loki skin is an exclusive "Twilight Aurora" variant of "The Avengers" costume, which launched in the hero shooter on May 1.

If you already own the skin, you'll receive the new chroma. If you don't, you'll get this Disney+-exclusive version, effectively getting the costume for free.

The Disney+ skin features a blueish hue tied to the streaming service. You'll still need to buy the original skin for other color schemes, so if you're after movie accuracy, this deal might not be worth it. However, the Twilight Aurora chroma is exclusive to Disney+ Perks, so if you're already subscribed, why not grab a freebie?

The skin's design is inspired by Loki's look in Joss Whedon's The Avengers, an MCU classic. While it doesn't differ drastically from the default Loki skin, it has significantly less fur.

For context, the base "The Avengers" costume costs 1,400 Lattice on its own, or 2,200 in the bundle. Marvel Rivals offers ways to earn Lattice through events and missions, but if you're buying from scratch, you'd need at least the $19.99 bundle for 2,180 Lattice. Meanwhile, Disney+ subscriptions start at $11.99, or $12.99 with Hulu. See the math?

Disney+ launched the Perks program nearly a year ago, offering subscribers an "always-on" set of deals and sweepstakes. Current perks include six months of DoorDash DashPass, 15% off Funko.com, and a chance to win a Daredevil comics bundle promoting Daredevil: Born Again.

This isn't the first Marvel Rivals collaboration. Disney+ subscribers also got exclusive access to the "Twilight Aurora" Daredevil costume in October, suggesting more gaming perks will follow.
