The PowerWash Simulator series has announced its biggest crossover yet: a Star Wars-themed DLC for PowerWash Simulator 2. The PowerWash Simulator 2 - Star Wars Pack will launch this summer on PC, PlayStation 5, Switch 2, and Xbox Series X/S, featuring six cleaning jobs across the Star Wars galaxy. Players will step into the role of the classic labor droid P0-W2 and wield an exclusive power washer designed for the pack. A story set during the original trilogy will also be included—hopefully canon! An initial trailer shows players scrubbing down the Lars Homestead on Tatooine (presumably without the charred remains of Aunt Beru and Uncle Lars), the interior of a Super Star Destroyer's bridge, and an X-Wing that looks like it was dredged from a swamp. PowerWash has had many collaboration packs before (the first for PowerWash Simulator 2 was Adventure Time), but a Star Wars crossover feels special. I spoke to developer FuturLab years ago about their long-held hopes for the Star Wars license, and now that dream has come true. Licensing manager Elliot Greenwood recalled, 'In my interview, James Marsden said, "we want the Millennium Falcon, can you get it?" I said, "I'll try my best."' Surely the Millennium Falcon will appear in the final pack? FuturLab will likely reveal more soon. And remember, sand gets everywhere.
