In related news, IGN recently detailed an upcoming update for Death Stranding 2, which will introduce a new hard difficulty mode named To The Wilder, replayable boss fights (including Neil), additional items, and live-action cutscenes. The update will also support 21:9 ultrawide mode on both PS5 and PC, along with gameplay tweaks based on player feedback, new nightmares for Sam, and a new Chiral Cat for his room.
