April 2026 is set to be an exciting month for Xbox Game Pass subscribers, with a slew of high-profile games joining Microsoft's subscription service. According to Xbox Wire, the lineup kicks off on April 8 with the PC version of DayZ arriving on Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, Game Pass Essential, and PC Game Pass. That same day, Endless Legend 2 (Game Preview) for PC will be added to Game Pass Premium, while Remedy's FBC: Firebreak, available on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, also joins Game Pass Premium—both titles are already accessible on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
On April 9, Frontier's Planet Coaster 2, playable on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, will be included in Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. The following day, April 10, Tiny Bookshop, supporting Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC, hits Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass.
April 13 brings Football Manager 26 for PC and Football Manager 26 Console for Cloud, Console, and PC to Game Pass Premium, with both already available on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. April 14 is a standout date, featuring Hades II on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC joining Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass. Additionally, the day-one launch of Replaced, available on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, debuts on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass, while The Thaumaturge, also on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, is added to Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass.
Moving to April 16, The Elder Scrolls IV: Oblivion Remastered, playable on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, and PC, joins Game Pass Premium, having been previously on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Also on April 16, EA Sports NHL 26, available on Cloud and Xbox Series X|S, hits Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass.
A major highlight arrives on April 17 with Call of Duty: Modern Warfare, the 2019 Infinity Ward soft reboot that revitalized the franchise and introduced Warzone, joining Game Pass Ultimate, Game Pass Premium, and PC Game Pass on Cloud, Console, and PC.
In the latter half of April, on April 21, Little Rocket Lab and Sopa: Tale of the Stolen Potato, both on Cloud, Console, and PC (with Sopa also on Handheld), are added to Game Pass Premium, as they are already on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass. Another day-one release, Vampire Crawlers, available on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC, debuts on Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on April 21. Following that, Double Fine's Kiln, also a day-one release on Cloud, Xbox Series X|S, Handheld, and PC, joins Game Pass Ultimate and PC Game Pass on April 23.
Finally, Game Pass Essential subscribers will receive two additional games on April 8: Warhammer Vermintide 2 on Cloud and Console, and DayZ on PC. As previously confirmed, GTA 5 is among the games scheduled to leave Game Pass on April 15.
