Behaviour Interactive has announced that Art the Clown, the iconic killer from the Terrifier series, will join Dead by Daylight in a new Chapter launching in November. The reveal was made during the game's 10th Anniversary Broadcast today, adding one of horror cinema's most brutal villains to the asymmetrical multiplayer title. The Chapter, based on Damien Leone's Terrifier franchise, is currently slated for a November 2026 release. While details are scarce, Art is expected to serve as a licensed Killer, likely tearing through Survivors with his signature smile. The announcement drew a massive reaction from fans, though Behaviour has yet to share specific gameplay elements. Art first appeared in the 2016 feature film Terrifier, gaining widespread fame with Terrifier 2 in 2022 and solidifying his status with Terrifier 3 in 2024. A fourth film is in development, expected to conclude the series. Dead by Daylight's Terrifier Chapter will bring Art the Clown into The Fog this November. For now, fans can review all announcements from the 10th Anniversary Broadcast, including Behaviour's claim that the game is "the most-played horror game in history."
