Dispatch has officially turned one year old! To mark the occasion, AdHoc Studio is treating fans to a wealth of new content, including a commentary track, storyboard mode, a mobile version of the game, a live concert featuring a performance by Prism herself, and yes, even more merchandise.

AdHoc's debut title, Dispatch, launched to critical acclaim on October 22, 2025. Comprised of Telltale alumni, the developers showcased their storytelling prowess, guiding players through Robert's journey from zero to hero alongside a chaotic cast of lovable, super-powered characters.

A year later, fans are eagerly awaiting news of AdHoc's next project—but in the meantime, they can satisfy their cravings with exciting additions to Dispatch and immersive experiences that bring the game's digital world to life.

Now included in Dispatch's Deluxe Edition are Commentary Mode and Storyboard Mode. Commentary Mode harks back to the days of DVD special features, offering two separate audio tracks where the game's actors and developers discuss the project as the game progresses. Each choice provides new insights, adding replayability for curious fans who want all the behind-the-scenes details about how Dispatch was made. Storyboard Mode reveals the sketches that laid out how the game's scenes were planned, and it can even be paired with Commentary Mode for a double dose of insight.

The Deluxe Edition also comes with a digital art book and four digital comics. What's more, those who already own the Deluxe Edition will receive the Commentary and Storyboard modes for free, while those with the standard version can upgrade for $10.99 USD.

But wait, there's more! Dispatch is also coming to mobile, letting you join Rob on his adventures wherever you are. The game releases on Android and iOS on December 9, 2026, with additional support for Google Play Games on PC. The base game has been rebuilt for touch screens and vertical play, and mobile players can get the first four episodes for free. The full release will cost $19.99, with pre-orders opening soon on the Google Play store and Apple store.

Fans have been clamoring for more merchandise since Dispatch first hit Steam, and now their wish is granted. A three-record soundtrack vinyl set, featuring artwork from Dispatch's art director, Derek Stratton, will be available for purchase, and 100 of those will be signed by him. Shirts, hoodies, and four physical comics are also available, with each volume boasting an individual cover that creates an epic battle scene when placed side by side. A Dispatch: Design Works hardcover book and collectible box are also up for sale, offering a behind-the-scenes look with concept art, cast interviews, developer insights, and more. And for the true collectors, the first 1,000 orders placed on the official online store will receive a never-before-seen limited edition, numbered collector's card.

Perhaps most excitingly, the music of Dispatch is being brought to life with a special one-night-only concert. On Thursday, December 3, fans can gather at the AVALON Hollywood to watch 'Hoes Depressed' singer and the voice of Prism, THOT SQUAD, perform songs from the game live alongside Bershy, Primer, Caroline Kingsbury, and Fartbarf. Tickets for this event are extremely limited, with AdHoc Studio email subscribers getting first pick before they open to the general public. It's an in-person event only, so it won't be streamed, and you'll want to get your tickets fast.

"Dispatch was only possible because of folks who believed in it enough to show up and do their best work. In our industry, it's often really hard to showcase those people and how the development process actually works, but fortunately our game is very weird and specific and affords us some unique opportunities," said Nick Herman, Co-Creative Director on Dispatch and COO of AdHoc Studio.

"So for the fans who made Dispatch a part of their lives, we wanted to give them more ways to experience the world they love, whether that's playing alongside the cast and crew, experiencing the entire game in its original storyboards, or hanging out together IRL at the wildest version of a Dispatch concert our finance team would sign off on."

If you haven't played Dispatch yet, now is the time. IGN scored the game a glowing 9 out of 10, with reviewer Sara Thwaites calling it a "sharp-witted workplace comedy that charms with its smart dialogue choices, great writing, and lovably aggravating cast."
