Playground Games has offered a first look at Forza Horizon 6's multiplayer suite, which they've dubbed 'Horizon Play.' In a social post today, the studio explained that Horizon Play will serve as the game's "go-to suite for multiplayer game modes," featuring returning events like the battle royale-inspired The Eliminator, as well as new event types such as Spec Racing (where all players are restricted to the same car) and Touge Showdown, which was recently detailed during a developer Q&A on Forza's community Discord channel earlier this week. Forza Horizon 6 is nearly here, launching officially on May 19 (or May 15 for those who purchase the premium edition). If you haven't already, check out our full March IGN First coverage of Forza Horizon 6, including our discussion on world-building, new open-world events, a deep dive into seasons, customization options, wild Forza Edition cars, and a look at the new community-inspired Horizon Rush events.
