Another wave of layoffs has hit the gaming industry, this time affecting the team at Crossfire developer That's No Moon. The studio has let go of an unspecified number of employees, as confirmed by several now-former staff members who took to LinkedIn on August 6 to share the news. The cuts appear to have impacted roles including technical and environmental artists.

That's No Moon, founded in 2021 by industry veterans from major studios like Naughty Dog and Infinity Ward, is based in Los Angeles. The studio unveiled its first AAA project, Crossfire, at Summer Game Fest 2026.
