Playground Games has officially announced the global release times for the highly anticipated Forza Horizon 6, covering both early access and the full launch. This news follows a significant PC leak that allowed pirates to access the game early, prompting Microsoft and Playground to issue lifetime hardware ID bans to offenders. Despite speculation that the leak might alter the release schedule, the studio confirmed the timeline remains unchanged. Early access kicks off on May 15, with Xbox players on the West Coast able to start playing on the evening of May 14 to align with Eastern time. Steam users worldwide can jump in at 12:01 AM Eastern Time on the launch day. Early access is exclusive to Premium edition buyers, while Game Pass subscribers (PC and Ultimate) get access on May 19. Preloading went live on May 12 across Steam, Xbox Series X/S, and the Xbox app for PC (a PS5 version is planned for later this year). Forza Horizon 6 is also 'Verified' on Steam Deck and compatible with devices like the ASUS ROG Ally and Ally X.
